Appointment and Cancellation Policy

Please read this policy carefully. The act of booking any appointment with our service means that you agree to this policy in full. You do not have to agree to this policy; however, we will be unable to provide you with our services without your agreement.

Appointments.

The current recommended fee by the APS is $300 for 46-60 minutes.

Kirra’s fee is $220, Medicare rebate is $131.65
Appointments incur an out of pocket fee of $88.35

A reduced fee is available for concession card holders.

Fees are payable by credit card or by electronic transfer within two days of the invoice date. Late payment may result in late payment fee.
Medicare rebates are processed within 7 days.

A rebate of $131.65 is received from Medicare when a valid GP Mental Health Care Plan is in place.

Cancellations.

Unconfirmed appointments are cancelled at 10am on the weekday prior to your appointment and may result in a 50% cancellation fee.

Appointments confirmed but not attended incur an out of pocket fee at the full session cost.
